Frequently asked questions

All questions
How do I receive my product after payment?

Download links appear on the confirmation page straight after payment, and the same files stay in your account under My Downloads. A confirmation email is sent as a backup, not as the only route.

How long do I keep access to my files?

For the life of your account. Products can be re-downloaded any time, and where a product receives updates, the updated files replace the originals in your downloads list.

What formats will I get?

Every product page lists its files by name, format and size before you buy. Templates are typically XLSX, DOCX or Google-compatible, workflows are JSON, ebooks are PDF, and plugins and themes are ZIP.

Can I use these in client work?

It depends on the product, so the licence is stated on each product page in plain English. Where commercial use is included it says so, and where it is not, an extended licence is offered instead.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy and shown again at checkout before payment. The refund window is [REFUND WINDOW].

Is an account required to download free resources?

Yes. Every free resource asks you to create a free account, so the files land in your downloads library and you get the updated version when a product changes. No card is required and there is no trial.

What does a GPL licence product include?

The plugin or theme files together with the GPL licence that covers them. It does not include the original developer’s official support, their update server, or any affiliation with them. Every GPL listing says so on the page.

Why do some products send me to another website?

Subscription tools and commercial software cannot be resold as downloads. Those pages explain what the tool does and send you to the provider to buy the official licence. They are marked as such, and the link is disclosed.

Which payment methods can I use?

No payment provider is connected yet, so nothing can be charged on this site today. The checkout shows the fields a card payment needs and says plainly that it is not live. When a provider is in place, the methods it supports will be listed here and at checkout.

Do I need an account to buy?

An account is what gives you a permanent downloads library and the updated files when a product changes, so it is the route we build around. Account authentication is not configured yet, which is stated on the account pages rather than hidden.

Will I get an invoice or a receipt?

A receipt is issued for every order and kept with the order in your account, so you can download it again later. If you need a company name or a VAT number on it, add them at checkout before paying.

Is tax included in the price I see?

The figure on the product page is what that market pays. Where a sales tax or VAT applies it is worked out at checkout from your billing country and shown as a separate line before you confirm. Tax calculation is one of the integrations still to be connected.

Is it safe to enter card details here?

Do not enter real card details on this site as it stands. There is no payment provider connected, so nothing would be processed and nothing should be submitted. The checkout is a working design, not a live till.

Why does the price change when I switch country?

Because prices are set per market rather than converted at an exchange rate. Each market has its own ceiling and the whole catalogue scales to it, so a country with lower typical software spend pays less than a straight conversion would give, not more.

Which currency am I charged in?

The currency shown in the picker at the top right, which follows the country you select. Changing country changes both the currency and the price band, and the choice is remembered in your browser.

Is the crossed-out price one you actually charged?

It is meant to be, and that is a legal requirement rather than a preference. A former price may only be shown if the product genuinely sold at it recently. Where a product has no such history, no crossed-out price is shown on it at all.

Do you run discount codes?

The checkout accepts a code and applies it to the order before payment. Any code that is live will be announced on the site itself rather than through third parties, so a code found elsewhere may simply not exist.

Will the price go up after I buy?

A later price change does not affect something you already own. You keep the files and any updates to them, whatever the product later sells for.

Where do I find something I have already bought?

Under My Downloads in your account, which lists every product you own with its files. Orders and receipts sit alongside it under Orders.

Is there a limit on how many times I can download a file?

No. There is no download counter and no expiry on the files themselves, only on an individual link.
